Sunshine State Library Leadership Institute

The Sunshine State Library Leadership Institute is a year-long comprehensive series of learning sessions that focuses on developing an understanding of leadership, within a conceptual framework and practical applications. Participants will attend 10 days of training throughout the year, covering: mentoring and leadership styles; exemplary leadership; leadership and diversity
present state of leadership; community advocacy; and the future of leadership.
